Not automatically. The i10 sold in South Africa as PA, then the Grand i10 BA, then AI3, and the original PA i10 and the later Grand i10 are separate platforms with separate parts catalogues — "i10" on its own is not enough to order from. Send us the generation code off your VIN plate and we will confirm it either way before anything is dispatched.

The VIN is the single most useful thing — a photo of the plate is fine. Failing that, the generation code and the engine code off the block. The i10 ran as PA, then the Grand i10 BA, then AI3, so the generation is what narrows the search.

That depends on trim rather than model. A plain manual-dip mirror, an auto-dimming one, and one sharing its mount with a rain sensor or camera pod are three different parts, and an Elite or Executive car will often differ from a base car of the same year. Tell us the trim level when you ask.

Almost always the bond, not the mirror — and after a summer parked outdoors it is the most predictable failure on the car. Clean the old adhesive off the windscreen button, let it dry, then bond with a mirror glue kit such as Loctite 319. Leave it 24 hours before you pivot it. If the button itself has come off the glass, that is a windscreen job.

Hyundai mirrors use a hex-bolt mount. Line the base up with the windscreen button, rotate 90 degrees until it clicks, then nip up the small grub screw. It is a two-minute job provided the button is still bonded to the glass.

Not on the interior mirror — the glass is bonded and not serviced separately, so a complete used assembly works out cheaper than specialist re-silvering. Exterior wing-mirror glass is different: that is a clip-in part and does replace on its own.
