A handful of specialists rebuild LED boards on newer cars, but by the time you have paid the labour you are often at the price of a good used cluster anyway.

Those are separate circuits, which is what the symptom is telling you. It is nearly always a poor earth or a corroded socket on the running-light pin, or a blown fuse on that circuit alone.
